Its gastronomic creations are always made out of products of the highest quality, being the most renowned ones: Casa Paco-style roasted baby lamb shoulder, Small bag with fresh cod and natural vegetables, and Grandma's home wild marinated partridge.
Some other much demanded specialties are Sirloin with Raisin and Pine nut cream, Bonito Carpaccio with Natural Tomato Base, Vegetable Cake with Game, Piquillo Peppers Stuffed with Partridge, Wild Mushrooms in Fuet (thin spicy sausage from Catalonia) Cream, and Brothy Rice with Free Range Chicken. And for dessert: Natural Fruit Sorbet over Almond Tuile, Memes’ (the cook) Rice Pudding and Casa Paco-style Orange Pudding.
