Among its dishes we can highlight Bean Cauldron with lobster, Alcarria-style cod stew, Beans with wild partridge, Home-style Pisto (similar to ratatouille) with egg, Wood- Baby Goat, carved Prime rib with Salt Roulade, or Morteruelo Terrine(Hare and Partridge) in puff pastry with fruit confit.
