Their work at the stoves has been recognized in gastronomic guide books such as Gourmetour, BMW, CAMPSA, and Michelin, and has received prizes such as the First Provincial Award of Gastronomy, the Fifth Regional Award of Castile-La Mancha, and the First Award in the Fourth Contest of Catering in Castile-La Mancha, convened by the General Direction of Tourism of the Joint Communities of Castile-La Mancha, in 2000.
