The Restaurante La Fábrica de Cabañeros offers the traveler traditional cooking prepared with love according to the old recipes of our grandmothers.

Therefore, you can enjoy the rich cuisine of the region  by tasting wonderful perdíz escabechada (marinated partridge), tasty pisto (ratatouilles) and asadillos (roasted peppers), exquisite and crisp Iberian ham croquettes, cecina de ciervo (cured venison), or if you prefer, our juicy barbecued meats, villagodido (T-bone steak), entrecotes, sirloins… and finish with a delicious buñuelo de arroz con leche y crema de canela (rice fritter with milk and cinnamon cream) or our typical Manchego cheese cake with red fruit coulis, and all paired with great wines from our Community.

We also have a wood oven where we roast an exquisite suckling lamb (cordero lechal) or crispy suckling pig (cochinillo) which will make for an unforgettable meal, however these you will have to pre-order the day before because the process takes the whole morning.
