Restaurante La Mancha, situated in the locality of Alcázar de San Juan, is an establishment with typical Manchegan decor and cuisine, full of flavors and sensations that will delight the most discerning palates and surprise the most adventurous.

The kitchen highlights dishes such as Migas de pastor (fried breadcrumbs), Gachas de matanza (savory porridge), Duelos y Quebrantos (eggs, chorizo, and bacon), Mojete Manchego (ratatouille), Cordero asado (roast lamb),and Perdiz escabechada o estofada (marinated or stewed partridge).

Among the desserts, prepared in-house, highly reviewed are the Bizcochada (milk-soaked sponge cake) and the Flores Manchegas (flower shaped pastry).
