Calle de San Pedro
Visit

It is a majestic street, one of the oldest in Cuenca that was the roadway of its primitive core. It leaves from the Plaza Mayor square, next to the cathedral up until Trabuco square. It takes us upwards to the higher end of the city with magnificent views and on the journey we find amazing manor houses, some of which have a huge studded wooden door, stamped fronts, shields, big balconies and windows with railings.

In the street, the structures that stand out are: the house of Juan del Pozo, the ruins of the church of San Pantaleón, the palace of the Mayorga and the Sagrado Corazón convent from the 17th century. At the end of the street, now next to Trabuco square, is the church of San Pedro.
