FUNFACTS
La Caballada of Atienza started in 1162. Beautifully harnessed cavalries walk through the streets and the surroundings of the village. There are moments for everything with the music of the dulzaina and the drumming: processions, pilgrimage, auction, mass, dance and horse races in pairs. Traditional menu of the day: roasted lamb, florets of lettuce and raisins.
