The rural cheese museum –since 2000 in Villarejo de Periesteban– is located in the same building that the Quesería Sáiz and has a typical manchego product shop, with cured and aged cheese as a specialty.
Through its rooms, which are divided in two floors, the visitor can take a walk through the elaboration history of this very traditional product in this area, La Mancha Conquense, as well as know the items which were part of the domestic furniture of the early 21st century, farm work tools and characteristic items of a lifestyle and work in the region lands (elaboration of traditional bread, honey recollection, etc.) always guided in the tour by informative panels.

Monday to Saturday: 9:00-14:00 / 16:00-20:00.
Sundays and public holidays: 10:00-14:00.
