FUNFACTS

It is believed that the first edition of La Celestina emerged from a printing of Burgos in 1499. A novel, a comedy or a tragedy? Anyway, it is a summit piece of the Spanish literature written in the full swing of the Catholic Monarchs and the Inquisition, which Fernando de Rojas, a converse Jewish who studied law in Salamanca, had some problems with.
