Out of the experience and the know-how of Sociedad Cooperativa Nuestra Señora de Criptana, founded in 1954, Símbolo wineries were born in 2004. Símbolo wineries started this change under a new identity aimed at the production of Premium wines. The results of their current work are modern, innovative and young wines.

Símbolo wineries belong to a new generation of vineyards that combine innovative processing and farming techniques, with the best traditions from the region. They look for differentiation in every one of the grape varieties and it underlines the fruit quality and the personality of Campo de Criptana.

ITS WINES:

Símbolo wineries are making an important effort to broaden their range of high-quality wines, among which we can already find the ones produced under La Mancha DO. They are sold under their own brand, Bodegas Símbolo, as white, red and rosé wines. 

SERVICES:

In order to explain the laborious process they follow to make their wines, taste them and take a wine tourism trip inside the winery, they have recently implemented a guided tour program. It also included a tasting of their wines.
