Description of the party Alcázar de San Juan Carnival | TCLM

It is in December, but it is carnival. On the 22ndthepeleles–some figures made out of stuffed old clothes – hang from Alcázar balconies. They are the heralds: they will be tossed in a blanket and burnt on the 28th, when the sardine is buried. But before that, there will be adult and infant costume parades, troupes along the streets and celebrations at every corner.
