Bull-fighting atmosphere and La Mancha cuisine, a conjunction present right upon arrival. Pictures, mementos and corners pay homage to bull-fighting figures. The different dining halls are spaces with a strong character and personality, such as the one they have as a tribute to Mancheguito, patriarch within Albacete bullfighting world, or the one to Dámaso González, which was very appreciated by the aficionados, and it has turned almost into a pilgrimage chapel for bullfighting lovers.
THE MENU
Among their dishes, fresh fish plays a leading role along with indigenous meats, tasty baked nape of hake, surprising mushroom trilogy with pistachios and red shrimps, or the essential beef entrecôte.
