GASTRONOMIC VISIT

The long tapas tradition, more than consolidated in Toledo city, has given birth to gastro-bars as interesting as Hierbabuena. Its traditional restaurant, located inside a cigarral (a traditional country house typical from Toledo), takes advantage of seasonal products to create proposals based on game gastronomy, some of them as interesting as the deer burger, or the Toledo-style wild partridge.
