The delicacy and the aroma of the honey from La Alcarria are only possible thanks to the aromatic plants from which the bees nourish. Grown in the natural fields of Guadalajara and Cuenca, it stands out because it is exclusively floral.
Fine, creamy and smooth to the palate, its manufacturing process preserves all its therapeutic and aromatic properties. Thus it is universally demanded by those wishing to enjoy its healthy qualities, and to have in their kitchen an essential ingredient, and always delicious.
In Castile-La Mancha La Alcarria honey also distinguishes three varieties, the one coming from lavender flower, the one from rosemary, and the multifloral. All of them very tasty.
