This restaurant prepares a traditional cuisine, based on typical Manchegan dishes such as pisto (ratatouille), asadillo (roast red peppers), gachas (savory porridge) y migas (fried breadcrumbs),and other home-made dishes like salmorejo (Andalusian tomato purée), gazpacho andalúz (Andalusian cold tomato soup), sopas de pescado o carne (fish or meat soups), caldereta de cordero (lamb stew), and cordero al horno (baked lamb).

Additionally, the restaurant, with a capacity of 500 people, organizes all types of celebrations and performances of comedy plays.
