Among the specialties you will find funghi di bosco, (forest mushrooms), setas y champiñón (various mushrooms) en setas de gorgonzola, fritata. Fried cheese with strawberry sauce, for meats paletilla de lechal (veal shoulder blade), for fish lubina (sea bass) and dorada al cartoccio (baked gilt-head bream), and for dessert tiramisú.
