At the lively Sigüenza medieval center you can find a gastronomic space where you can enjoy traditional dishes but reinvented by the masters of ceremonies, Jorge Maestro and María Viqueira, with a long experience in gastronomic restaurants in Cataluńa and the Basque Country. As they themselves say, it is the fulfillment of a dream, a personal project where they set out on a journey by themselves. The space has two different concepts: the restaurant, a special place where you can sit and enjoy the suggestions of the menu; and the gastrobar, where they bring up the diner a more informal environment but always with the same quality.
THE MENU
Without losing from our sight local products and traditional recipes, we can find dishes like rice with mussels with seafood juice and saffron allioli, the classical country-bread migas (fried bread crumbs) with Iberian dewlap and egg, and, to round off a succulent meal, cocoa sponge, coffee mousse and mocha ice-cream. Another way to visit Nöla restaurant is by sharing a glass of wine and choosing some tapas from the blackboard. New sensations to make the palate enjoy.
