FUNFACTS
The merits and prizes of José Luis Sánchez are almost countless. He studied in Madrid, Italy and Paris, exhibiting in different countries of Europe, South America and the USA. He is member of the Real Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando. His works can be contemplated, among other places of international reference, in Queen Sofia Museum of Madrid and the Vatican Museum of Rome. Eolo, a sculpture born from his intelligence and his hands, holds an important space in the Barajas airport in Madrid. Sánchez thinks that sculpture, and the art in general, must be in direct touch with the street and the people. The work dies without direct dialogue with the look that wants to talk to it.
