The landscape, its surroundings, the ancient customs and the lifestyle. From the most distant yesterday to the present day. The Bronze Age and the Iberian, Roman, Visigoth and Muslim societies. Pictures and concise informative panels. Ceramics. The carpentry and the foundry. Impressive Spanish Civil War drawings made by D’Opazo (also sculptures and paintings). His palette and his easel. All of this and much more in the ancient Casa del Médico (Doctor’s House), a traditional architecture restored.

FUNFACTS
More than four thousand years ago in Daimiel, during the Bronze Age, a unique culture in the world called “Las Motillas” emerged. Called that way due to its fortified settlements, adorned by a tower and some wall enclosures surrounded by walls with a labyrinth aspect. From them the territory and the economic resources could be controlled, storing water, cereals and, in some cases, cattle.
