No pain, nor damage, nor suffering of any kind suffers the palate that takes a seat to enjoy this dish. There is not such an international recipe from La Mancha cuisine, thanks to the Quixote, nor such a categorical delight made with some simple ingredients. Pure gastronomy from Castile-La Mancha.
This recipe consists on scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo, ham and bacon, adding sometimes lamb brains. A dish able to cheer up any duelist, and fix any damaged one, anywhere in Castile-La Mancha.
