Comprised of two floors, the decor is modern-Castilian, with attention to all the details and offering an inviting and elegant ambiance. There are two large rooms and a wine cellar with 150 references and Denominations of Origin.
The products of the hunt and meats form the main body of their varied and exquisite menu. They offer specialties such as setas confitadas (candied mushrooms) and la perdiz estofada a la toledana (stewed partridge, Toledan-style), and typical desserts such as red fruits and cheesecake with ice cream.
The kitchen, based in the Castllian-Manchegan recipe book, is carried out to its maximum expression, with the best produce and the know-how of Adolfo.
