In Puerta del Arco you can savor dishes of traditional cuisine such asmigas(fried breadcrumbs) orgachas(savory porridge), roasted lamb, stews; game meats such as wild boar and deer, duck and poularde, excellent egg dishes with trompetas de la muerte (horn of plenty mushrooms), roasted with wild rice… All of our desserts are home-made on site, order the oven-cooked fritters, the dense chocolate or the typical flowers with honey.

Our most popular option is the following sampling suggestion: Salmorejo (Andalusian tomato purée) and *rellenos de carnaval*. Tapas of *ajo de matadero*, atascaburras (cod and potato purée) y *ajo de harina*. Raciones of migas, potaje de trigo (wheat based stew), jabalí con peras (wild boar with pears). Sampling of desserts. Price 15,50. We also offer a menu of the day and can prepare half-menus for groups.
