In Puerta del Arco you can savor dishes of traditional cuisine such asmigas(fried breadcrumbs) orgachas(savory porridge), roasted lamb, stews; game meats such as wild boar and deer, duck and poularde, excellent egg dishes with trompetas de la muerte (horn of plenty mushrooms), roasted with wild rice… All of our desserts are home-made on site, order the oven-cooked fritters, the dense chocolate or the typical flowers with honey.
Our most popular option is the following sampling suggestion: Salmorejo (Andalusian tomato purée) and *rellenos de carnaval*.
